We have no cancellation fees up to 24 hours before the departure. Prices are valid from a pick-up address or an bring-to-address in the township of Regensburg. Changes of the departure time, or waiting time at the Airport are possible under certain conditions. The departure for the airport is about 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. The return transfer from the airport is approximately 50 minutes after the scheduled landing. Our driver will meet you at the prearranged meeting point with a black/yellow sign with the name Steinig Airport Express and company logo. You can find more information under www.airportdriver.de

Surcharges and fees

• Fees for use of special access roads and parking fees are included proportionately in the price.

• Parking fees: When waiting times are longer than one hour, for every half an hour 5,- € will be charged

• Baggage: One suitcase and one standard sized carry-on luggage per passenger are included in the price.
Excess luggage or sports equipment have to be declared at the booking. Excess baggage is € 7.50 per piece.

• Nightfees: Surcharge at a fixed price per vehicle 12,- € in the period from 22.00-06.00 clock, as on legal holidays.

• Collective transfer: First pick up or bringaddress in the township of regensburg is free of charge.
Every additional pick-up address in the township of Regensburg is 7,50 € additional.

• Trips outside of the township of Regensburg are chargeable.
Calculation basics for each km from or to the city boundary is 0,99 €.

• Unpredictable waiting time: are chargeable. Fixed rate of 7,50 € per starting quarter of a hour.

• Cancellation: have to be sent on time and in written form. Cancellation fees are the amount of the fare of economy transfers, for cancellations less then 24 hours before the scheduled departure or pick-up.

• Businesstransfer: Loss compensation is a fixed price of 59,- € for cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure or pick-up.

If the transfer has already started or the cancellation is less than 4 hours lead time, for all tariffs the whole fare is due.
