A Conclusion of the contract

The respective contract for transfer results from the registration of the customer in written or verbal form (personally or telephonically) and of the consecutive booking confirmation by STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS. If STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS does confirm the registration of the customer only in deviant form, this confirmation has to be valued as a new proposal. The customer can cancel the new proposal of STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS within 10 days from the delivery of the proposal in written form. Incomplete or inaccurate information by the customer prevent the conclusion of a transfer contract.

STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS is authorized to accomplish transfers with the support of contractual partners.

B Subject terms of contracts

The transfer service is derived from the service description of the transfer confirmation in written form by STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS. After the customer has received the confirmation alterations in prices are excluded. Prices are valid for one-way trip.

  • The transfer charges cover one suitcase and one hand luggage. In case of excess luggage surcharges will be raised, please see our actual price list. Not applied luggage can only be carried by way of an exception and with the payment of surcharges, as for such cases normally a bigger vehicle has to be utilized.
  • Booking group transport within Economy Rate waiting times at the airport up to one hour cannot be excluded. Arrival times given within the booking are mandatory for STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS, with the exception of significant delays of more than one hour with arriving flights. This circumstance releases STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS from the agreed transfer contract. Customers are obliged to inform STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS immediately about changes of reservation completed after they received the booking confirmation by STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS. Not being informed by the customer about changes the transfer contract with STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS expires.
  • The transfer to the airport within the Economy Rate starts at 06:00 a.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. Later individual pick-up is possible and will be charged with night shift premium (see Pfeilprice list ).
  • Exceptional circumstances, due to air controller strike, bad weather conditions, official directives or disaster are made up by STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS only in limited extent while the customer has to accept longer waiting times.
  • The specification of times for pick-up results from the booking by the customer. The scheduling derives from the transfer time needed as well as the check in rules of the airlines.

C Rates

The current price list is valid, which is provided by STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS as printout or as online information under the link www.airportdriver.de.
The transfer rate has to be discharged in the beginning of the first booked transfer if no other written agreement has been reached.

D Cancellation, change of reservation and binding character of the agreed location for pick-up

Both contracting parties have the right of withdrawal regarding the transfer contract. In case the customer declares the cancellation of the transfer contract in written form at the latest 24 hours before the start of the transfer, there will be charged no cancellation fee. Withdrawals arriving later are charged with a cancellation fee in the amount of the transfer rate. The whole rate for the transfer is charged as well if the customer does not keep the transfer. The agreement concerning the pick-up location at the airport is mandatory.

Short term changes of reservation within Economy Rate of less than 24 hours before the transfer start do lead automatically to a change of rate from Economy Rate to Business Rate, as in these cases usually a group transfer in no longer possible.

E Warantee

STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS is liable within the limits of the duty of care of a regular merchant for the diligent preparation and the correct supply of the transfer service agreed upon. As far as insurance coverage is provided within the act liability insurance, STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS is liable for the customer in liability case within the framework of the act liability insurance. As far as the act of liability insurance does not matter, the liability of STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS is limited to the triple of the transfer rate agreed upon within the contract. The customer is obliged to immediately inform STEINIG AIRPORT EXPRESS in written form concerning complaints about the transfer service.

F General terms

In case one of the foresaid articles should be invalid, this will not alter the validity of the contract. Legal requirements replace invalid articles.
